This project management project began with a walkthrough focused on closeout notes and care information and the household outcome behind the request. Our team documented load paths and structural openings, protected access routes, and coordinated the order in which decisions had to be made. The working scope connected weather barriers and exterior transitions with dust control and household access, keeping surrounding finishes and daily routines visible during the project. Field observations were reviewed with the homeowner before they changed an agreed selection or affected another part of the work. The final handoff gathered completed-scope notes, service-specific care information, and useful records that support a more useful home without inventing future outcomes.

Project Management Project
Project Management work kept closeout notes and care information visible without losing household priorities, safe access, or final care records at home.
